These terms apply to your use of www.bytglen.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its security or performance;
• send spam, malware or automated form submissions;
• copy large parts of the site, or its design and code, to build a competing site.

Search engines and AI assistants may crawl the site as set out in our robots.txt.

Information on the site

Our pages, guides and articles are general information to help you plan. They aren’t professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation. Any prices, timelines or ranges mentioned are indicative; your actual quote depends on your project’s scope. We work to keep content accurate and current, but it may occasionally be incomplete or out of date, and we may change it at any time.

Enquiries, quotes and projects

• Sending an enquiry through the site, by email or on WhatsApp doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to go ahead.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless the quote says otherwise.
• Every project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement covering scope, timeline, payment, revisions and ownership of the work. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, text, graphics, animation and the BytGlen name and logo belong to BytGlen or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and project images in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown with permission to illustrate our work.

Links to other websites

The site links to client websites, social networks and WhatsApp. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Messages you send us

When you contact us you agree that we may reply by the email address, phone number or WhatsApp account you gave us, about your enquiry. Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you’re allowed to share them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend parts of it for maintenance or updates.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about the site that are not expressly stated in these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BytGlen isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability connected with a client project is governed by that project’s agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kochi (Ernakulam), Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
